RETURN POLICY

 

We do not do any cash or credit refunds. We will exchange items based only on size and/or defective products- within 15 days of received postage date.  Seeing how everything is hand dyed, each item will vary in colors but the scheme will be the same as the displayed item. Items being exchanged must be in re-sellable condition. 

 

No exchanges on customized items (i.e. custom colors, screen printing, embroidery) - these sales are final.

For Minnesota locals we now offer a free pick up from our warehouse, we will notify you when the item(s) is available for pick up and set up a schedule date and time for the pick up.
